Mortgage Rates Commentary

TSB has made the latest mortgage rate moves hiking up its one-year rate by 30 basis points to 6.20% which is the median for all banks. It also increased its two-year rate by 25 basis points to 7.15%.

NZF has also made rate increases today. Its six-month to three-year rates have risen by between 10 and 20 points.
