An apartment on the 35th floor of the Metropolis building is about as high as you can buy in Auckland right now.
The hotel and apartment block has 37 floors, or 38 if you count the top penthouse's two levels. The top two floors are currently taken - former Chase Corporation head Peter Francis owns level 36, and the two-storey apartment on levels 37 and 38 are owned by company director...
