Bayleys Canterbury expands services

Bayleys Canterbury chairman Bill Whalan said the company's residential sales consultants had spotted a gap in the market where clients required professional property management and letting advice.

"To service this sector of the market, the residential property management division was established with highly experienced property management and letting professionals Lisa Iliffe and Matthew Curtis brought in as the cornerstone personnel," said Whalan.

"Operating  under the  Bayleys' umbrella, Lisa and Matthew's job is simple - they aim to make the renting  process as painless as possible for clients, and take care of letting and property management," he added.
