Butler reappointed to Code Committee
FMA chief executive Sean Hughes said Kingsford-Smith's experience and expertise would be invaluable to the committee.

Kingsford-Smith teaches in the areas of corporations law, the regulation of securities and financial products, corporate governance and the regulation of online investing.
She is the chair of the Conduct Review Committee, a professional disciplinary panel in the Australian financial services industry, and a member of the Australian Financial Advice Advisory Panel. She has advised the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and consulted to the Canadian Investment Dealers Association.
