Change at the top for Christian Savings
Taking over his role at the Auckland-based financial institution is its former senior lender Daniel Mazengarb, who has been with the firm since early 2017.
Prior to 2017, Mazengarb was a commercial lawyer at Cooney Lees Morgan.
“I’m really excited to be taking on this new role," says Mazengarb on the company's LinkedIn page.
"I have worked closely with James [Palmer] over the last four and a half years and am so proud of the work we’ve accomplished together.
"Helping churches and Christian charities get the finance they need has been my greatest satisfaction in my role as lending manager.
"To be continuing this work as CEO is a privilege and I look forward to building upon the strong foundation James has laid."
According to its website, Christian Savings is New Zealand’s leading financial institution for ethical, Christian investments and lending, and aims to grow the investments of everyday individuals, families, churches and charities, while lending to churches and Christian charities to help build and transform their ministries.
