Cigna Life is offering new customers who purchase life insurance with an adviser will receive two whole months of free cover from November 7 to January 31.  Existing customers also qualify.

Cigna NZ are also running a Specific Injury Cover offer and together with two months free, provides advisers and their customers another great reason to choose Cigna.

From September 1 until November 30, to help protect Kiwi’s against the unexpected Cigna NZ is offering eligible new customers $2,000 free Specific Injury Cover for 12 months.

Specific Injury Cover will provide customers reassurance they'll have financial assistance to support their recovery if they experience one of life's more common injuries.

Cigna NZ general manager David Haak says the offer is available to eligible customers who purchase a new Assurance Extra policy through an independent financial adviser and in conjunction will receive $2,000 of free Specific Injury Cover for 12 months.

"With New Zealanders dealing with the rising cost of living, we're proud to bring this offer to market to provide anyone taking out cover extra peace of mind if they were to experience common injuries such as fractures and burns that other insurance or ACC may not cover," he says.

"A little goes a long way and our Specific Injury Cover is a great addition to the insurance mix for any customer.  We encourage all advisers to consider it as part of their advice conversations, and if they need to know more about it, to speak to their business partnership manager."

When the 12 months of free cover is up, customers will have the opportunity to renew to paid cover. Advisers will receive full commission on the renewed business.
