Credit Suisse and Jarden end their relationship

Friday 14th of August 2020

Both firms say it is a mutual agreement as both have "evolving strategic priorities".

It will be, they say in a very brief joint statement, "an orderly transition over the coming months."

“We wish Jarden all the best. We have a long history between us and we look forward to the opportunity to work together in the future,” said Credit Suisse Australia chief executive Richard Gibb said.

“Credit Suisse has been a great partner for Jarden and we also look forward to continuing to work on transactions and initiatives that can mutually benefit our clients,” Jarden chief executive James Lee said.
