An Update From The Banking Ombudsman

New Zealand Banking Ombudsman, Liz Brown will present an interactive discussion on current activities of the office, with a focus on recent case studies. This popular event offers a valuable insight in to issues facing banking consumers, and is a must-see for both branch and retail bankers working in face-to-face and over-the-phone roles.
Liz will also expand on future direction for the banking ombudsman scheme, which was set up in 1992 as a free, external and independent process to help people sort out their unresolved problems with banks.
