Recognised as one of the leading business school professors, Dr Wilton teaches marketing and international management at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr Wilton has published widely and is a world authority on customer relationship management (CRP), marketing and business development.
Dr Wilton will be at the Hyatt Regency, Auckland on 29 March 2004 from 12.30pm - 2.00pm. Arrive for lunch at 12.15pm.
