Tower's Blue Box sent packing

Monday 4th of August 2008
Its new illustration software package, called Optimus, is being rolled out to advisers this week.

The new tool will be delivered to Tower Health & Life's contracted advisers from August onwards, and the Tower team will provide ongoing support and training, the company says.

The first release of Optimus delivers a one-page health and risk illustration. All personal and policy details are included on one page for an easy view of the client's profile - no flicking from screen to screen or duplicating client details between illustrations.

Keith Kerr of Solutions Financial Services, one of the Tower Health and Life's contracted advisers on the panel helping to develop Optimus says; "Tower's team genuinely want to make it work best for the way we need to use the software, making it easier and faster for us to deal with our clients".

Over the coming months, Tower Health and Life is committed to on-going development of the package, including enhancements to Best Practice advice and electronic application processing, to deliver a total advisory solution for its contracted advisers.
