Kingsland project ready to set sail

The new building, called K2, will include prime restaurant and cafe dining on a sunny north-facing plaza, sheltered balconies, self-cleaning glass canopies designed as billowing sail forms, a full height atrium, views over Eden Park, two high-speed lifts and a 24-hour monitored security system.

The complex will comprise a retail ground floor with two office floors above and five staggered underground parking levels containing 110 secure car parks. A full-height atrium lobby will feature suspended stairs and walkways leading to each upper tenancy.
