Cullen cans compulsion

Any compulsory retirement savings scheme initiated by the Government would encounter strong public opposition, Finance Minister Michael Cullen says.
Dr Cullen told the Retirement Commission Symposium today people perceived compulsory regimes as saving on behalf of the Government rather than for themselves.
