Law change will help landlords

The Government, in association with the New Zealand Property Investors Federation, has announced measures aimed at promoting stable tenancies....

"We often don't know where they are so the order becomes useless."
Under the new measures, landlords could apply to the tribunal for the address of a former tenant who owed rent, Mr Evans said.
