A Property Market Shake Down - an hour with Cameron Bagrie

WEDNESDAY 14 april - FROM 6.30pm

Following the Government’s announcement to introduce bright-line and interest deductibility changes, Kris Pedersen and Ryan Smuts sit down with former ANZ Chief Economist Cameron Bagrie to get his insights on the changes and some of the surrounding challenges and issues that will come in to play.

In this webinar we’ll be discussing with Cameron:
  • His views on the recent Government changes in regards to losing interest deductibility for existing rental properties
  • The gaps in the new policies and the issues that this causes
  • How this may affect interest rates and where he sees them going
  • What rent controls would do to the market if the Government went that far
  • How he expects this to affect the New build / development market
As usual this session will follow with a Q&A. A unique moment to ask an industry lead your pressing questions.
