FSLAB: Will it be law tomorrow?

Monday 18th of March 2019

It is set for its third reading, the final stage before it progresses to become law.

Whether it is heard will depend on how quickly the House gets through petitions, papers, select committee reports, introduction of bills, oral questions and then bills including organ donors and related matters, local electoral maters and criminalisation of cartels.

The bill is set down for 12 ten-minute speeches, although it has widespread support and Commerce Minister Kris Faafoi has said he expects little change.
