Entries open for Financial Advice NZ awards

“The financial advice sector is full of advisers who go above and beyond for their clients; who provide exceptional service and quality advice; and have a real passion for helping Kiwis thrive,” said chief executive Katrina Shanks.

“Not only do these advisers make a meaningful difference to the lives of Kiwis, their work helps to build positive awareness of our sector. We’re looking forward to celebrating the success and excellence of our winners at the 2019 Conference awards dinner on August 22."

Service to the Profession Award

One award

Recognising an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the financial services sector and has gone above and beyond to champion for or to enhance the profession. Award open to Financial Advice New Zealand members and non-members.

Outstanding Adviser Awards

Four awards (one award for each financial advice stream)

Recognising Financial Advice New Zealand members who help New Zealanders achieve financial wellbeing through providing an outstanding financial advice service and who exhibit professional excellence.

Rising Star Awards

Four awards (one award for each financial advice stream)

Recognising the brightest new talent in advice amongst Financial Advice New Zealand members in their chosen field of financial advice by demonstrating that they provide high quality financial advice, deliver an exceptional client experience, and show commitment to their professional and personal development.

The Outstanding Support Person Award

Four awards (one award for each financial advice stream)

The most Outstanding Support Person, recognised by Financial Advice New Zealand members, who demonstrates an exceptional adviser support experience and shows ongoing commitment to the financial services sector.

Community Service Awards: Three Awards

Recognising Financial Advice New Zealand members who have made a meaningful and positive impact to the lives of people in our communities in respect of financial wellbeing.
