Rebrand part of digital investment for FNZC
Its managing director Scott St John said the move to be called FNZC would improve the alignment with its digital brand, a key focus for the future.
It has launched myFNZC, an app and online portal that allows investors to monitor their portfolios, asset allocation, manage their accounts and investments, from a smartphone, St John said that had prompted First NZ Capital to rebrand as FNZC. He said the refresh of the logo and brand was just the beginning of the company’s investment in digital.
“As we continue to spend more money and invest more in the digital platform it’s about ensuring we have clear identification of the brand where we interface with our clients, which is essentially on-screen. This is a slight tilt to support that.”
He said email addresses for company staff have been “FNZC” for the past 14 years. “It’s enabling us to work ore effectively and interface more efficiently with clients.”
He said nothing would change for advisers. “All it is, is to support our very large investment made in that [myFNZC] interface with clients.”
