Brook directors step down

Two of Brook Asset Management's directors, Simon Botherway and Paul Glass, have
stepped down from the board.
Botherway (left photo) and Glass (right photo) established the business in 2002, sold 49% to Macquarie in 2004 and the balance in February. Both men remain portfolio managers at Brook.
The firm has around $1.5 billion in funds under management primarily focusing on the New Zealand and Australian share markets.
