Govt Actuary finally packs his bag

Geoff Rashbrooke signed off as the Government Actuary on Friday.
He originally formally resigned on June 30, however, by agreement with Ministry of Economic Development deputy secreatary operations Neville Harris, remained in the position on a series of temporary contracts.
The most recent of these expired on Friday, and by mutual agreement, it hasn't been renewed.
