New chief opertaing officer at GTFM

Guardian Trust Funds Management has rearranged its client services team "to better position the business to maintain and build on its current momentum," GTFM managing director Anthony Quirk says.
The existing client services manager, Anthony Harland, has been appointed to the new role of chief operating officer (COO). The existing quantitative analysis manager, Peter Lynn, has been appointed to the head of client services role.
Both changes are effective from November 11, 2003.
"Peter's new role will incorporate the client related aspects of Anthony's previous role plus the quantitative analysis aspects of Peter's previous role."
Both roles report to Quirk.
