Property fraud accused jailed for breaching bail conditions

Robert Stirling faces numerous charges in Operation Allsorts, a marathon trial which follows a two-year Waikato police investigation into alleged money laundering and property fraud.

Stirling was arrested on Thursday for breaching conditions of his bail. A bail application will be heard in Hamilton District Court today.

Yesterday, a retired Huntly pensioner who nearly lost his home through a bogus family trust had his day in court nearly two years on.
