Simes $70 million property portfolio on market
“The Christchurch portfolio provides Simes with the ideal vehicle to showcase our clients’ properties while also providing purchasers and occupiers with a significant choice,” says Layne Harwood, chief executive of Simes.
Layne Harwood and Linda Coleman acquired majority shareholding of Simes in late 2005, from co-owners Peter Cook and David Sutton.
The portfolio features industrial and retail investment properties, and industrial and retail properties for sale and lease. Harwood says it offers a broad range of properties, from smaller commercial properties for sale or lease, to substantial investment properties for sale.
Among the properties included in the portfolio are: 589 Halswell Junction, an industrial property investment; 303 Colombo Street, a retail investment property; 82 Columbia Avenue, an industrial property; and Sir James Wattie Drive – industrial land.
Simes presents four commercial property portfolios each year. The latest portfolio is the second to be released and follows Simes’ $20 million May offering.
The fourth commercial property portfolio will be launched in October.
