World's eyes turn to NZ real estate

John Goddard, of Colliers International in Auckland, said overseas interest in New Zealand property was high.
The ASB Bank Centre on Albert St in Auckland was likely to be sold to overseas buyers, he said.
Colliers is marketing the high-rise ASB tower, owned by AMP, and said it generated $9.1 million a year in rental income, with the potential to increase to $9.8 million.
