WEDNESDAY, 23 JULY

GOLF
Following Palmerston North's successful and popular golf tournament, pre-Conference golf is scheduled for Wednesday, 23 July with the tee-off at 12 noon.  Just ten minutes drive from downtown Rotorua, the Lake View Course offers players the opportunity to test their golfing skills while enjoying a panoramic view of Lake Rotorua and the surrounding countryside.  The greens are very grainy and run towards the Lake.  Please indicate your interest on the registration form and we will contact you with further details.

THURSDAY, 24 JULY

OPENING NIGHT PARTY - PENNIES FROM HEAVEN
BT Funds Management and AMP are delighted to present an evening of unrivalled entertainment and sophistication.  Don your top hat and tails, your furs and ball gowns and step back in time to the 1930s and 40s when swing music and 'Art Deco' defined the period.
Set in the magnificent Government Gardens and 1930s art deco style Blue Baths, and featuring live entertainment by Auckland jazz band Prima Swing Riot and special guests Clarence Bertram St John, Fitz Montague and Penelope, the opening night party for this year's conference will dazzle and delight.
This evening (including buffet and refreshments) is included in full and partners registration.  Additional tickets are available.

FRIDAY, 25 JULY

HAPPY HOUR
Jointly sponsored by the Gold Sponsors ING (NZ) Ltd and Tower, Happy Hour will wind up the business sessions on Friday.  Held around the exhibition it will be a good meeting place before dinner.
COMPANY HOSTED FUNCTIONS / GROUP DINNER
Should you not be attending a company hosted function an option will be available to meet as a group and dine at one of Rotorua's fine local restaurants.  This will be at your own expense.  Registration for this, time and venue will be arranged at Conference.
