Where and When is the Conference held?
Thursday, 18 to midday Saturday, 20 July 2002. Regent Theatre on Broadway, Palmerston North Convention Centre Main Street, Cinema 8 on Broadway. Registration and coffee is available from 8.00am on Thursday, 18 July in the foyer of the Regent Theatre.

How much does it Cost?

Standard Registration Fee $495 including GST
Registrations received after 17 June 2002 $550 including GST
Partners registration $200 including GST

Inclusions
Delegates’ Registration Fee includes all components as detailed in the Programme including morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Sponsors Welcome Hour, Pre Dinner Drinks and Convention Dinner. Partners Registration Fee includes components as detailed in the Partners Programme including morning tea and lunches as listed, Keynote Addresses as listed, Sponsors Welcome Hour, Pre Dinner Drinks and Convention Dinner.

The Programme is correct at time of printing however the Convention Organising Committee reserve the right to amend any component as necessary. In the event of any disruption or event leading to losses or added expenses being incurred in respect of the Convention there shall be no liability attached to the FPIA Association, the Organising Committee or The Conference Team. Registration will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the Delegate and/or Partner.

How do I Register?
Complete the Registration Form, and forward with $150 per delegate non refundable deposit to The Conference Team. An invoice
for the balance will follow.

Cancellation
A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged to 4 July 2002. Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and will be processed after the Convention. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Convention.

CE Credits
Delegates will recieve a maximum of ten education credits for full attendance of the convention (4 general, 4 technical, 2 ethics). This year an additional one point (general) will be allocated to those who visit 90% of the exhibition stands.

Domestic Airfares
Air New Zealand (Official Carrier for the 2002 FPIA Convention) is pleased to provide the following levels of support to Convention
Delegates booking and ticketing their travel within New Zealand. All delegates should request the best available fare at time of reservation. A minimum discount level will apply on non-primetime services between 16 – 22 July 2002. Non-Primetime travel is between 0900 and 1630, and after 1900, Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday. This is not a guaranteed fare and is subject to availability. Discount is only available to bona fide Convention Delegates. Book direct through Air New Zealand Reservations phone 0800 737 000 and quote domestic authority 3792/2

Airport Transfers
Transfers to/from Palmerston North airport are your own responsibility. Taxis to the central city are approx $10. Alternatively shuttles and coaches provide a regular and cheaper service.
