Perpetual Trust is a trustee and financial services company, established in 1884. We specialise in financial planning, managed funds, mortgage lending, accounting, estate planning and corporate trusts.
This is an exciting opportunity for two experienced financial advisers to join our Christchurch office.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of financial advisory services to our external and internal clients. This will include establishing and monitoring client portfolios, providing investment information to clients, carrying out prudent person reviews for trusts and estates, developing a client base, and managing portfolios within the Pegasus Investment Fund.
The successful applicants should have at least five years relevant experience in the financial planning, banking or accounting sectors, and have a total commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of investment markets and general commercial activities. A tertiary qualification is preferred.
In addition, one of the new advisers may be appointed manager of the Christchurch Financial Advisory Service, which will include managing staff and our client base, marketing to potential clients, monitoring brand profitability and growing our business in Canterbury.
You will also have input into our division's national strategy.
