BNZ Life Insurance Limited, which forms part of the Bank of New Zealand Investments and Insurance Group, is one of the leading writers of term life insurance in New Zealand.

We are looking to appoint an Underwriting Executive to manage the daily work flows of the underwriting unit. Responsibilities include managing the performance of a team of underwriters including coaching, training, measuring outputs and quality control. The person who fills this role will also be expected to do some medical underwriting.

We are seeking applications from life insurance professionals with a minimum of five years industry experience, underwriting knowledge and experience, people management skills and proven commitment to customer service.

This position is based in Wellington and reports to the the Life Administration Manager.
