WE ARE LOOKING for a highly motivated and experienced residential mortgage broker who prefers dealing with clients without having to find them first. Finding the clients will be our job.

The role involves:

• Developing long term client relationships
• Advising them on all their mortgage needs, now and in the future
• Negotiating their mortgages with the most appropriate lender

You will be responsible for servicing the Lower North Island area. As there is likely to be significant volumes involved, the successful person will need to have had previous mortgage broking experience and possess a sound understanding of lending and risk assessment together with a knowledge of all lending products.

The drive and right personal skills are also paramount.
