Client Services Administrator - PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Planning Team

The Financial Planning Team is looking for a dynamic, highly organised person to join them in the position of Client Services Administrator. This position would suit someone with 5+ years experience in an Administrator or Office Manager role, who has ideally worked in a financial or professional services or corporate environment.

Although this is primarily a support role for the national team of Financial Advisors, there will also be client interaction, including co-ordinating custodian and supplementary reports, organising client presentations and marketing initiatives, along with management of client databases.

In addition to an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, the successful applicant will have the ability to work as part of a team and effectively multitask, as well as consistently demonstrating a high level of initiative. A positive attitude along with strong organisational abilities and communication skills, are essential.

Previous experience working in a financial planning environment is preferable but not a prerequisite.
