Muriel Dunn Financial Services is an independent financial planning practice with a 20 year history of client care and management.

Planner Support Administrator
We are currently seeking to employ a new Planner Support Administrator to work alongside our Financial Planners.

Responsibilities

  • Produce timely and accurate maturity notifications and portfolio reviews under the close guidance of our Financial Planners.
  • Provide caring and efficient services to clients.
  • Share reception duties – phone, mail, stationary.
  • Share computer and database support.

The Person we seek will be

  • Welcoming and caring towards our clients. We want someone who will share our vision of “Listening, Caring, Helping”.
  • Well organized, methodical and always accurate in their work
  • Have a good understanding of the financial industry and financial products, possibly with banking experience.
  • Have very good computer skills and experience in database usage, ideally, but not necessarily, with experience of the Virgil system.

This is a full time position in our office in Te Rapa, Hamilton.
