The Business Development Manager plays a key role enabling the ‘Adviser businesses’ to grow, through implementing key marketing initiatives, providing best practice tools and advice, and recruiting new Advisers.

    Your focus will be on developing AXA’s business and implementing national programmes at an individual Adviser level.

    To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in sales management within the finance/insurance industry based on achieving proactive growth targets. You will have excellent leadership ability, highly developed interpersonal skills and, ideally, an established network within the financial services sector. A relevant tertiary qualification is required.
