We are looking for an extraordinary individual to join our senior management team in Auckland. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • a born leader with high integrity and strong commercial acumen;
  • exceptional communication and people skills;
  • at least five years experience managing highly skilled teams preferably in the financial services industry;
  • a proven track record in managing teams and relationships with key stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes in a results-driven environment;
  • passionately believe that only the best is good enough when it comes to compliance, advocacy and performance
  • enjoy working with advisers to support them in the field
  • highly qualified in a financial related field, preferably a qualified Financial Planner

In addition you will be responsible for:

  • end to end service delivery and support of a national team of 65 advisers;
  • leading and growing a highly qualified team;
  • liaising with key stakeholders both inside and outside the business on compliance and reporting issues
  • developing, implementing and maintaining financial planning tools, research, financial planning best practice and technical support;
  • managing financial planning best practice.
