A leading New Zealand funds management organisation which is experiencing growth seeks highly motivated and committed accounting professionals.

Reporting to the Retail Fund Accounting Manager and working closely with the investment accounting team, you will be involved in fund management accounting for a range of funds. Specific responsibilities will include preparation of fund valuations, settlement of trades, statutory financial statements, performance reporting, attribution analysis, and a variety of taxation functions including the preparation of fund tax returns. In addition, you will be involved in project work and process enhancement as required.

The ideal candidate will be tertiary or CA qualified or near, with a blend of CA and financial markets accounting, or you maybe ready to make the transition from chartered accountant environment. In addition you will have a good working knowledge of New Zealand tax. We seek excellent communicators with sound computer literacy skills including Excel.
