Our client is a New Zealand-owned, long-standing finance company that over the past two years has expanded through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. In response to continuing market demand for their products, they require an experienced Business Development Manager, based in Auckland or Wellington, to work closely with the CEO and other business managers to promote the company's finance products to financial advisors and intermediaries.

The Business Development Manager will need to have an acute awareness of identifying potential opportunities in the market to expand the advisor-base and develop the strategies for the promotion of two new, unique products created to meet current and future investment trends.

The ability to build strong relationships with advisors using your influential interpersonal skills and to work alongside them to sell our client's products is critical. Preferably, you will be a motivated, self-starter who has a track-record of promoting a range of financial products to fund and investment advisors and have a willingness to travel within New Zealand to achieve the company's challenging business plans.
