THE ORGANISATION SHARE is one of New Zealand’s leading networks of financial advisory practices representing 70 advisers nationwide. SHARE is an exciting organisation with a market leading adviser proposition. A high energy management team and fantastic culture mean the company is experiencing rapid growth in its adviser numbers. To maintain this growth projectory and build on our adviser proposition we are now looking to appoint a new Group Systems Manager.
THE ROLE Reporting the General Manager, you will be responsible for the successful integration of the SHARE Xplan system into all adviser practices, ongoing development of the site and coordination of the training for all site users. Some of your day to day activities may involve:
•Coordinating Xplan conversions for SHARE advisers in conjunction with the Xplan account manager;
•Coordinating delivery of the SHARE Xplan accreditation programme and providing ongoing training and assistance with adviser up- skilling in Xplan;
•Designing and delivering Xplan training components in conjunction at SHARE conference, regional workshops and administrator days;
•Prioritising site development requests and coordinating implementation of changes. Logging requests for site development and template development from adviser and making recommendations to GM for site development (templates, wizards, threads, functionality improvements);
•Implementing a monthly call cycle for all users and assembling a monthly email communication to all users;

THE IDEAL PERSON The successful applicant must be motivated, energetic and possess a great sense of humour! Preference will be given to candidates who can also demonstrate the following proficiencies / skills:
•Significant experience and proficiency in Xplan and other financial advisory CRM applications including Proplanner (Essential).
•A proven track record of experience and achievement as a Operations Manager / Administration Manager / Systems Manager in a financial services environment.
•Experience in designing and implementing financial adviser business processes and supporting tools / documentation.
•Project management and change management experience (preferably with financial advisory practices).
•Proven track record of building productive relationships and networks within an organisation.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills. In particular, the ability to communicate effectively by email and phone.
•Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise work flows, cope with pressure and meet deadlines.
