We are looking for KiwiSaver Sales Consultants to join our high performing contact centre based outbound sales team. The team works a 37.5 hour week, rostered between 8am and 8pm Monday through Saturday.

In this role you will be providing superb customer service by selling KiwiSaver directly to new and existing customers and matching our customers' needs to the right investment decisions. You'll know how to promote products, up sell, cross sell, and close the sale. You'll understand the importance of building and maintaining great working relationships with customers and with colleagues.

To have credibility in this role you will need to have a solid understanding of KiwiSaver and a familiarity with the kinds of products on offer. Ideally you'll have worked in a professional services or banking call centre as a sales consultant or as a cross selling customer service officer.

You'll understand key measures of success in a sales call centre environment. Target focused, you will know what is required to ensure continuing high performance. Naturally you'll have excellent spoken and written English and an effective communication style. Previous insurance experience would also be advantageous however we'll give you lots of training and ongoing support.

A generous base salary and a sales incentive plan will be offered to successful candidates.
