Contoller / Collections Officer.

A background within the Financial Services industry would be advantageous
but not essential.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls following up overdue payments with customers from 30 days to repossession
• Negotiating repayments
• Liaising with various internal and external parties including other
  departments, Reposession Agents, Insurance companies and Dealership staff
• Ensuring that incoming and outgoing correspondence/queries are responded to/handled quickly and efficiently

Salary to $36,000 depending on experience.
