We are looking for a qualified, experienced AFA Senior Relationship Adviser, to join us to continue to grow our significant customer base.

One of the largest Customer Centres in New Zealand, Hamilton has an experienced, motivated team who have enjoyed proven success with an experienced Public Trust Manager at the helm.

As Senior Relationship Adviser, you'll provide personalised, expert and professional advice and services to our complex and high value customers.

Your significant sales experience will enable you to develop new relationships and network within, and outside the organisation to meet sales targets.

Additionally your background in teaching others, coupled with your proven success expanding your customer base and cross-selling, will enable you to mentor some of our more junior staff.

You will be part of our wider Personal and Business unit which has:

• 28 customer centres throughout New Zealand.Within each Centre or access channel, the Personal and Business team is comprised of Senior Relationship Advisers and Relationship Advisers.
• A dedicated Contact Centre, for those customers who choose to access our services via the telephone.
• A Business Services team who lead and support the delivery of our business strategy.
