Job Title: Life Insurance Manager
Location: Auckland or within Northern Region

Do you have a passion for Life and Income Insurance and are you motivated by reaching your targets? Well read on as we've got an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Commercial Life Insurance Sales team. Your role will be to work closely with your internal referral source, to identify and provide advise based risk solutions of life and income insurance for business and commercial customers, along with reviewing and retaining the existing book of business. Key accountabilities include: - Maintain and grow existing customer base - Proactively target new customers - Deliver to strategic objectives by providing customers with value-add solutions - Interact with internal and external clients at all levels Key strengths include: - The ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients at all levels, through strong communication skills - The ability to present, negotiate and influence positive outcomes for clients and insurers - Excellent computer literacy and administration skills - Working to deadlines/ time management - A qualification as appropriate in compliance with FAA regulations, ANZIIF, IFA, or Dip Business Studies (Financla Planning/Risk Management), is desirable Whilst being part of a supportive national team you will have the ability to work autonomously. This role will suit someone with proven sucess in needs analysis and sales, for Life and Income Protection, coverng commercial and business client's needs for Debt Protection, Buy/Sell and Key Person. Your ability to develop and maintain working relationship, along with your strong communication sills, will see you succeed.
