The CE reports directly to the governance Board while maintaining close working relationships with members and various committees. Key responsibilities include stakeholder relationship management, co-ordinating regulatory and lobbying efforts, media representation, managing membership and engagement/satisfaction levels and driving optimal financial performance.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a proven strategic thinker who can also implement agreed strategies, demonstrate sound commercial acumen with political nous and solid personal professionalism.

Member growth is a core driver of the Institute and enhancing its standing and branding in the eyes of all stakeholders is a key responsibility of the entire organisation.
