Grosvenor Financial Services Group Limited is a fast growing specialist financial services and investment management services provider to financial advisers and their clients - with offices in New Zealand and Australia.
The company has expanded in its offering by establishing an insurance administration and distribution company as well as becoming one of the largest Active Choice KiwiSaver Scheme Providers. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Services, we are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and motivated about keeping customer service standards high, someone who likes to "bend over backwards" for others. You must be a "people" person with excellent communication skills and have a great personality. You will enjoy networking and building relationships with our existing advisers, meeting new prospective advisers, and have a high level of energy and motivation.
The role requires you to be a self starter and demonstrate the ability to follow through and take ownership of business opportunities generated from your contacts. There will be significant travel around New Zealand as our client base is spread throughout the country.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
•To act as a central point of contact for all existing advisers
•To provide training and product knowledge on the Grosvenor Investment,
•To provide assistance in relationship building events including road shows The successful candidate will possess the following skills / attributes:
•Strong computer literacy skills i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
•Enthusiastic team player
•Strong work ethic with integrity
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•A willingness to learn and flexibility to adapt to new tasks
•The ability and empathy to develop good working relationships with clients and other staff
•Attention to detail
•Experience in the financial advisory or financial services industry either in NZ or overseas
