Business Development Manager – Managing and developing new relationships with external AFA/RFA Advisors. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly committed and motivated team that values its people and encourages a sound work life balance.

We are looking for a dynamic and personable professional who can use their industry knowledge, contacts and experience to help contribute to the success of our business.

As Business Development Manager you will be tasked to achieve targets for the whole country, through the development of advisor relationships within external distribution groups . You will have a record of delivering new relationships and driving new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building strong advisor relationships within existing and new advisor groups.

• Providing a high level of training, marketing support and ongoing service to advisors.

• Responsible for meeting expected sales targets with external advisors.

• Co-ordinate sales activity.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Must have extensive contacts in the financial advisor community.

• Strong relationship building and people management skills.

• Excellent strategic selling and presentation skills.

• Self motivation and initiative.

• Sound computer skills.

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
