The investment banking team specialises in advising corporates and financial institutions on initial public offerings, equity and debt issuance, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. The team has had a very strong start to 2013 and has a full pipeline of deals for the remainder of the year and beyond. This role involves working very closely with the Directors to ensure the smooth completion of live transactions and assisting with origination of new projects in both equity and debt capital markets and M&A.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

•More than 3 years experience in investment banking or corporate advisory;

•A strong track record of deal execution;

•Excellent technical, valuation and modelling skills;

•An outgoing personality.
