Have you led, coached and motivated a team to success? Do you have experience in para-planning and a range of investment products?Do you want to “succeed on” with ASB’s Wealth & Insurance division?

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to provide exceptional leadership to a team of high quality para-planners. You will also ensure every plan, letter and proposal produced by the ASB Para-planning team is in line with the FAA and code of conduct.

Through strong staff management you will develop and motivate the team, identify training needs, provide regular support and feedback, and continually improve the relationship between the para-planners and Wealth Managers. Your technical background in para-planning will enable sound judgement, quality audit of plans, management of workflow, process efficiencies and training sessions.

To “succeed on” in this role you will bring at least 2 years’ experience in a para-planning role, along with a background in managing medium to large sized teams. Your communication skills are essential to building strong internal relationships and assist with people management. You will come with strong investment markets and product knowledge and have the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the business.

An AFA qualification is essential to apply for this role.
