We are looking for an experienced leader who will strengthen and grow our financial services business to make sure we continue to maintain our leadership within New Zealand.
You will be responsible for managing a sales team to drive performance through attracting, developing and retaining the highest quality mortgage brokers and insurance advisers.
You will also be experienced in adding value to brokers through; improving sales processes, increasing prospecting activities, improving their productivity and capacity and delivering a better customer experience.
Your key focus will be to:
- Assist and coach our brokers to grow their business in both the mortgage and insurance industries.
- To be an advocate for our group within the industry.
- To attract and retain the best people to join our company.
- Support our brokers build valuable business relationships with Ray White salespeople.
Ideally you will possess:
- A demonstrated strong people leadership skills within a sales environment.
- You will enjoy the challenge of influencing and motivating the sales team to achieve excellence through your intelligent and intuitive approach to people and leadership, and highly developed sales ability.
- Look for opportunities to continually innovate to grow the business and able to bring these to life through planning and see them through to execution.
- Demonstrate respect and integrity in dealing with others.
- Genuine desire to help and grow others.
