We are seeking someone who will work with our customer relationships and broader business develop and implement a retention strategy to support the delivery of a customer value proposition and to ensure our customer experience benchmarks are robust.

The successful applicant will need to: -

  • Demonstrate an ability to think commercially and balance sustainable business practice with maintaining customer relationships.
  • Understand the lifecycle of the ‘customer’ and the value chain.

You’ll be someone who is passionate about customer relationships. You’ll show the ability to balance business drivers with what our customers are looking for. At the same, you’re someone that won’t shy away from a challenge and enjoys working with stakeholders in the business.

We want to hear from you if you are someone who:

  • Seeks a role that will add value to our customer value proposition.
  • Previous experience delivering on customer loyalty strategy or programmes.
  • Has the ability to balance analytical needs of the role with adding value to strategic decision making.
  • Has demonstrated ability to build relationships and bring everything together.
  • Gets stuff done – focussed on relentless execution.
  • Has strong negotiation and influencing skills.
