8.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday
- need to be flexible with hours).
Salary:
$35,000 to $40,000 per annum
(depending on background/experience)
Primary Objectives:
To support two National Business
Managers and their team
To actively manage the administration
needs for the Administration Management - Travel, Accommodation,
Mobile Phones, Uniform, Promotional items, General office administration
To be responsible for the input
and maintenance of the Sales information Data base, including
the production of Reports and Daily Sales
Duties:
Co-ordinate all travel &
Accommodation requirements for the National Business Managers
and the National Business Team
To analyze and publish key performance
statistics for the National Business Managers and the National
Business Team as required
To ensure that company invoices
are coded and processed in a timely manner
Ensure that basic stationary
stock is kept on hand
Maintain, update and ensure
correct approval process followed for attendance records, mobile
phone records, corporate passes and taxi chits
Co-ordinate and organise corporate
hospitality and functions including invites, bookings and liaising
with suppliers
Distribute sales and marketing
point of sales and premiums
Co-ordinate internal/external
communication for the National Business Team
Manage the diary and appointments
for the National Business Managers
To provide all customers in
the area with an excellent level of customer service
Word processing support
Ensure the workplace is safe
through undertaking appropriate Health, Safety and Environmental
practices
Undertake correct reporting
and recording of accidents, incidents and hazards.
As requested, undertake projects
or activities not specifically outlined above.
Knowledge/skills:
Understanding of office administration
practices
Accurate & fast typing skills
Intermediate level Computer
skills in Word, Excel
Significant experience using
electronic email and diary systems
