An integral part of the Health & Benefits team, this role has become available as a result of growth in the Willis Health & Benefits business including its team of life insurance advisers and their need for support.
The key accountabilities of this role are; but not limited to;
- assisting the team of life brokers with the submission and processing of new business when placed with insurers;
- assisting clients with the completion of insurance proposals, underwriting and claims requirements;
- assisting in the processing of annual policy renewals; • keeping XPlan CRM system records up-to-date;
- assisting in the preparation of new business submissions;
- producing internal reports;
- liaising with both clients and insurers and general administration duties;
- assisting in the administration of group benefits plans including liaison with clients and insurers, preparation and processing of renewal data.
Technical requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent administration support
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Advanced competence in Microsoft Office skills
- Qualifications in Business Administration or similar field will be highly regarded
- Previous relevant industry experience in life insurance
- Competence in using the XPlan CRM system.
