Then we will put forward ideas and make recommendations personalised for them. No off-the-peg, one-size-fits-all, she’ll-be-right. Our Offer: We have and exciting opportunity for someone to join and lead our Wellington Wealth Management team.
You will need to be someone who is comfortable with wearing more than one hat and any one time.
You will be responsible for providing excellent advice to customers within your own portfolio, ensuring that their needs are met.
You will be a pro-active individual who has proven strength and success driving new business, and you will also understand the importance of relationship management, finding the right solutions, and the ability to add value.
You will also be responsible for being our lead on the ground in Wellington, supporting our Head of Wealth Management who is located remotely.
Leading a team of six, you will provide regular coaching and mentoring to the more junior crew members to help develop their careers. As well as ensuring the Wellington team are performing to the required standard in the AdviceFirst way.
To be considered:
• Strong experience as a Financial Advisor within the New Zealand Industry (7+ years)
• Minimum Qualification as an Authorised Financial Advisor (AFA)
• Previous Leadership experience
• Exceptional communication, relationship and negotiation skills
• Full clean drivers licence & ability to work in New Zealand are essential
