NEW ZEALAND FINANCIAL PLANNING CO LTD is a market leader dedicated to providing its clients with advice and service of the highest quality and professional standards.

We are looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to help support our national network of Financial Planners.

The position involves liaising with people from a range of disciplines including investment research, funds management and portfolio administration and ensuring the efficient flow of information to our Financial Planners. In addition you will be working with senior management on special projects involving the ongoing development of systems and services.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Financial related tertiary qualifications
  • Ability to deal with and learn the technical/research/analytical aspects of the Financial Planning process
  • Good all round computer skills with an emphasis on Excel
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Attention to accuracy and efficiency
  • A good sense of logic and an ability to think outside the square
  • An enthusiastic team player.

The position provides a good level of variety and the ability to utilize and develop multiple skills in a supportive professional environment.
